Pole + Pregnancy

Pole + Postpartum

Finding reliable resources on how to continue pole dancing while pregnant and returning postpartum shouldn’t be borderline impossible.

Online self-paced, module based courses to help guide you on and off the pole during these exciting stages of life.

These groundbreaking courses are designed exclusively for pole dancers who are navigating the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum life. Whether you want to stay on the pole, get back to it safely, or simply keep your body strong and resilient, these courses have you covered.

Pole Dancing is Different.

The common messaging about exercise during these stages is packed with misconceptions. You’ve likely heard conflicting advice: “You can continue pole dancing but don’t use your abs,” “Train like usual, until you can’t,” or “You can go back to your “normal” routine six weeks postpartum.” The truth? It’s more nuanced—and it depends on you.

Pole is a sport as diverse as the people who love it, with countless styles, levels, and approaches. Add the unique changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum, and it’s clear: your journey is unlike anyone else’s. Theses courses honor that individuality, giving you the tools to modify your practice through concepts and strategies instead of a black and white approach.
