    You’re not fragile but you’re also growing a human. The way you train will need to reflect that.

    • Anatomy & Physiology

    Learn about the core, pelvic floor and hormonal changes that will affect how you train.

    • Athletic Strategies & Programming by Trimester

    “Do what you’ve always done” has resulted in many pole dancers having long term pelvic floor & core dysfunction. Learn how to modify your training based on your individual symptoms and guidelines for training during each stage of pregnancy.

    • Common Pregnancy Concerns

    Learn about common pregnancy conditions such as; diastasis, pelvic floor dysfunction, low back pain, & pelvic organ prolapse.

    Pole + Postpartum

    • Mindset during this stage of athleticism

    It’s a myth that your body is ready to train as “usual” 6 weeks postpartum. Learn how to set yourself up for longterm success postpartum.

    • Delivery & Recovery

    Educational information about vaginal & c-section delivery & recovery.

    • Postpartum Timeline

    No “body back” messaging here. It often takes 12-18 months for birthing parents to feel like themselves again. You will about the different stages of postpartum recovery & appropriate training during each.

    • Programming & Return to Pole

    Learn exercises to progress from early rehab to returning to pole classes.

    My name is Dr. Emily Rausch.

    I'm a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician who specializes in pole dancers. I've been pole dancing since 2017.

    I combine my doctor brain with my pole dancer experience to help pole dancers learn how to not f*ck up their bodies and help them unf*ck them when they do.
